Customer Service Call Transfer to Sex Line
 

I called the USAirways customer service line to inquire about changing a ticket that I purchased online. The rep told me he had to transer my call to soemone else since I purchased the ticket online. After a bout a minute I was transfered to a sex line which was requesting a credit card information in order to complete the call. :eek:
I held on for a few minutes because I could not believe that USAirways would be advertising a sex line. I hung up and called back and everyone claimed no knowledge of such a thing.

Sounds like a jerk agent's bad idea of a joke.

This sounds unbelievable. I mean, really, unbelievable.

I am sure "Candy" would be a lot more cooperative than a US Airways Customer Dis-Service Representative

Could be Jim - but in both cases you get screwed on the phone without any real pleasure....:eek:
