Flight delay for Airline error
 

Houston to Nashville Flight CO 2474 M 4-28-11 was boarded and full 5 minutes before a 3:30 PM departure. Then we were delayed. The airline had made a mistake and did not get a flight crew to Nashville for another flight. There were no mechanical problems and no passenger delays. Continental made the mistake! They held us hostage for over an hour until three "volunteers" vacated the aircraft. I feel our time is just as valuable as the airlines! Their failure to plan should not create an emergency on the consumer.
