Being on hold for way too long and then getting hung up when someone picks up
 

This happened to me to day i tryied getting some information. but yet i called 4 times 3 of the times i just gave up being on hold for more then 2 hours is too much
then called at 4 pm (mountain standard time) was on hold till 930 pm (MST) and then all i heard was ****CLICK******


I am royally ****** now.

has anyone else had this problem
