Finnair reject claim.
 

On the 26th, May 2011 (on a Return fly Santiago(Chile), Madrid, - Helsinki). The plain was late for mine connection to Stockholm, I claim to Finnair (1-1694815871) The answer Jaana Rompainen, The airline I was traveling was not in "Oneworld" group, therefore my claim was rejected and not paid.
Not only that but i send the complaint in English but all their answers were in Finnish, so I have to find a translator for their answers.
What I can do next???
