No Response from United Airlines

I wrote to United Airlines on September 1, and September 20, requesting a refund of the money I paid for my ticket. I was due to fly on September 22, but was unable to do so because I have had a stroke.

THIS IS MY FOURTH REMINDER TO United Airlines.
