Poor Service by United Airlines
I wrote to Sagar Schimpi of United Ailines/ Refunds by email om 10/18/11 but have not received a response.

It has only been 4 days two of which were over the weekend. Airline refund/accounting departments usually only work business days (M-F) and regular business hours.
Have some patience. |

I wrote by US mail on September 1, and DID NOT receive a response. I wrote again by US mail on Setember 22, and DID NOT receive a response! |
