Showed up as no show when i showed up......
 

Hi there,

i booked my flight through connections.be sometime in August already i haven't been able to fly to since then cause of Visa problems i kept on
changing my ticket with your airline company for a 100$ every time, i have done this 3times already while i wait for my Visa to be processed.....

I went to the airport as usual on the 13 November to change it again but when i got there the desk operator said they would not be able to change it
as it was a B2 ticket and needed to be done tomorrow, but they will make a note on the system so it can be changed, she did not take my 100 dollar as she said the system could not allow her.......

She reassured me this was done and said i could come back to the airport again during working hours so we can be able to remove the B2 and make payment and confirm booking again.

I was sure this is all done until i went called the travel agent and they told me that the ticket was cancelled for no show, i really don't have a clue as to what happened as to why this all happened as i did make sure i show up.
Please Air France explain all this to me how can u guys say i can show up at the airport to change ticket and your operator can't help me then i find out i no longer have a ticket to travel this is really absurd.

I need a valid explanation from your airline or my ticket or a refund.
