Purchased Tickets and told money refunded

EMAILED TO AA ON 12/02/2011 CUSTOMER RELATIONS PER SUPERVISOR KATIE SAME DAY.
I purchased a Royal Caribbean pkg cruise with airfare and canceled the trip in MARCH 2011. The Cruise was refunded but the airfare with AA was non-refundable. I was given the two ticket numbers 7873281165 and 7873281166 each worth 1026.12. I phoned AA to confirm what I was told. AA rep confirmed and said I had to use the tickets before Feb 23, 2012. On November 16,2011 I phoned and again confirmed the status of my tickets and again, I was assured I could still use the tickets. On 12/02/2011 I called AA to make reservations using the credited tickets and was told that money was refunded to a universal credit card NOT MY CREDIT CARD. I am demanding an investigation and to be given back the credited status of $2052.24 credit to use on a flight reservation immediately, since I am planning another trip to Europe Feb 6, 2012. If I do not get the credit to purchase the flight, I will not be able to take my trip and therefore will have to take legal action for the fraud, theft and damages I am now suffering because of the loss of my money with American Airlines. I can not afford to be swindled and ignored about this matter; your Company needs to be responsible for it's negligence in refunding money to a party's credit card that I did not authorize. Especially, since the tickets were non-refundable to me back in MARCH 2011; why would your company take such callous action to refund money now on Nov 16, 2011? I have been criminally violated and will exercise my legal rights.

This sounds suspiciously like a fraud committed by an AA employee, in which a refund has been made to a non traceable credit card. Have you considered reporting this to the police? This sounds like fraud!

Although you paid Royal Carribbean with your card, it's possible they charged the airline tickets to their own credit card. So, before you accuse anyone of fraud, I would contact Royal Carribbean to find out if the tickets were refunded to them. Therefore, they would be obligated to refund you.
