My last flight on US Air.
 

Needed to change my out bound flight. In addition to charging me more for the outbound flight and the $150 change fee, they wanted to charge me more for the return flight.

So, I told them thay I would find another way to Phoenix and that I wanted my return flight unchanged. Then they said I would still need to pay the $150 change fee plus the increased cost fo the fare!

Why would anyone put up with this? I think I'll fly Southwest from now on.
