I'm totally jet-lagged

I recently took two weeks off to travel and just returned back home. My travels took me to different times zones and my vacation spot had a 6 hour time difference compared to home. I am sure you can imagine my jet lag. My body is still asking me to sleep and eat at the times that it grew accustomed to over the course of my vacation. Now I am being asked to readjust. But how does one do that? These infographics have been useful and given me some tips, but maybe you could share your own story with me?

as a flight attendant i TOTALLY feel your pain. I'm usually doing a flight that starts in the states goes to germany, 15 hours rest, back on the plane to work another 18 hours before FINALLY getting home. this time I JUST (just walked into my hotel room 30minutes ago) worked from seattle to japan (OKO)...omg im so tired. i usually go to bed when im tired and try not to fight it. sometimes i try to stay on the time zone that im originating out of (in this case seattle) Im dreading the fact i have to do this again tomorrow (back to seattle) then back to japan 2 days later. but the most part depending how long im laying over (since its a quick 20 hour layover) im sleeping when im tired...usually after so many days im in normal schedule.
