Name Change on ticket
 

I was trying to get my wife's name to match the name on her passport since she had changed it after marriage. I can clearly tell you this has been a nightmare. i have spoken to 4 different reps and also provided documentation. The name change has still not happened. I fly out in 4 days and was wanting to get this done. The customer service is next to horrible. They have bunch of Indians who are the least helpful when dealing with customers. All they have been trained to do is put you on extended periods of hold. I am not sure if an Etihad representative is reading this. If so could you do something to help.

I finally was able to get the name changed. Called up somebody in the chicago office and they finally were able to help. $75 for a last name change..such a rip off. I think their call center is the one of the worst customer service I have received. Trained only to hit the hold button. Bunch of Morons!!!:mad:
