Remove the Management
 

Many of the BA problems are due to shocking management & poor leadership.

Invariably continual problems with Unions is a symptom of weak and poor management.

Replace them with competent ones!

Unions aren't the evil empire. Non union airlines are as bad in many ways.

Get Willie Walsh on one of his own flights from start to finish!!!;)
Oh and then get him to phone his customer relation team!:D:D
