poor service and extra delays
 

I was stuck on their aircraft in Atlanta, over 5 hours, waiting for takeoff.We were give half cup of water, no other services, nothing to eat.
Finally returned to gate, and after another one and half hours caught flight to West palm beach. My brother was dying of cancer, as the delay cause me to miss sharing last hours with him, before he slipped into a coma, dying 2 days later. No concern on deltas part, they could care less for the traveling person.
I am a disable combat veteran, that had to suffer needlessly. I hate this airline.
