Continental Rewards Program - The Worst

Has anyone else out there have any missing miles from the month of December 2011? My account activity statement only goes up to November 2011 (they did not include an activity statement for December in my account), and I was on the verge of Elite status if my December miles were posted. Now I am back at 0. I have called their rewards line several times, and have been on hold for more than an hour each time, and still unable to connect to anyone.

I am currently on hold with them now and have been on hold for an hour and a half. I think they are toying with how long they can keep me on hold, or they only have 2 people working in their call center. Right now I am on the verge again of hanging up after holding on for so long. I am beyond ******, and wonder if anyone else is having this problem.

Has anyone had any luck getting through to their rewards desk?

log-in online and check your status in 'account mgmt'. They reset the elite miles at 0 at the turn of the year.

Yes I do that consistently and understand that they reset after the new year. The problem is my December miles have never been posted or added. And for some reason I never received a December 2011 statement which would show those miles. And the December 2011 statement is not listed in my online profile either (but every other statement is). So basically my account statement ends at 11/27/2011, and for some reason December never posted, and now they have reset everything back to 0 without accepting my miles from the two flights I took in December which would have gotten me to Elite status.

Still on hold, refuse to hang up. It has now been 2 hours, 6 minutes...

customer service typically sucks at all these places. However, try the "missing miles" or "retro-active credit" links on the website. I've done this on united and it has worked.
Do you know if the flights you took are EQM and RDM eligible? United/Continental recently reordered some booking classes that do not accrue miles.

Thank you for the info StoneCold, I will try this. After 2hrs and 30 minutes I had to give up.
