lost baggage
 

On Augast 26,2009 I flew on KLM flight number KLM0434 from Tehran(IRAN)-Amesterdam to Chicago Ohare International airport. Unfortunately my luggage was lost. I filed the lost luggage form in the airport, I have called many times, emailed and wrigt it to BBB .they requested receipts for any purchases over $150.00 ,but after all they want it and i send the letter and some recipts they did not return my call or email and they didn't reimbursed me any thing.
