Poor service
My son borrowed a new carry on bag from us and left it in the plane when he was rushing for a connecting flight. Since this was not a checked bag , I was unable to file a claim. All I wanted was to speak to a real person. After many many phone calls and many emails to AA, I continued to receive automated emails from them . The last one telling me to file a claim for lost baggage which was the wrong information. I finally reached someone today who told me that they would investigate this an get back to me by Monday. I am sure that no one will get back to me . All I wanted was to know that someone was looking for my new bag which, by the way , was labeled . I have called Boston,Texas, and Cancun. This is so frustrating . I will never fly AA !!!!!! They have horrible customer service. K:mad:
