I tried to use the travel forum and after 15 minutes of trying to set up and use a new user id and password I gave up. First if I already had a Rapid rewards number, why do I need another? Second, when I could not log in it didn't tell me if the user name or password was wrong. When it asked me security questions when I sought to reset the password it asked questions I never answered before. Very odd, seems like you were trying to discourage comment. If so it worked in part, but I just went to this forum instead.
