Luggage brocken - Air Berlin ignores
 

V 834618 // WG: AIR BERLIN - PALMA - FARO 30 DEZ 2011

I travelled Palma - Faro on December 30th and Air Berlim broke the hard shell of my Samsonite.
Since then I have been trying to contact Air Berlin with no sucess, not even an answer and today is the 12th of March - This is totally unacceptable.
Air Berlin does not know how to handle complaints specially when Air Berlim is liable for the incident and prefers to ignore its customers.
