Mileage Plus issue
 

Been having issue with Mileage plus since they converted to their new system. I am not getting credited for flights, then they took mileage away for some reason and the agent just wrote up a complaint when clearly its an error. I have submited numerious emails to their 1Kvoice customer support line without any reply. I have called and waited as much as 45 minutes only for the customer support person do nothing. I hope this will improved soon but I am not happy camper:mad:

Prior to the merger was your frequent flier number with United Mileage Plus or Continental? As they merged everything into the OnePass system some with older UA MP numbers are experiencing issues. I understand they are working to iron out the kinks and it may be frustrating for a while but overall this transition has gone quite a bit more seamlessly than the nightmare which was the America West/US Air merger several years ago.

I received a mailing suggesting that I buy magazines because my miles were going to expire on 6/2014. This was inaccurate. The miles will not expire until 6/2015. If you get a mailing, check if statements about expiration are true before using award miles.
