My husband and I have received only half of the total miles earned on a round trip flight from Denver to Mumbai in February. The ticket is of the S class which guarantees 100% of the miles. We need the miles to regain our status before our next flight. (Nearly 10,000 miles is missing from each account!) Neither the carrier (Lufthansa) nor United (our mileage plus partner) will respond. Since the merger with Continental, United claims "delays" in answering their phones. It is almost impossible to talk with an agent (the last time was a 1-1/2 hour wait time!), and then no good help (they said I would receive an email within 5 days--now two weeks later still no response. I have written to customer care twice - but no response from them either. I no longer have my boarding passes. Any ideas?
