Upgrade to Business not possible
 

Hi together.

Two weeks ago i booked my second flight to Australia with Etihad ex Frankfurt.
I booked Fra-Auh-Syd in Economy and back in Business...
Now i wanted to upgrade the Flight Fra-Auh to Business Class with my Etihad Guest Miles (have 32000 and need ~29000)
On the Hotline they told me that there are no seat's available to upgrade... But when i take a look into the Booking Process on the Etihad Website it's possible to book Pearl Business...

Does someone know why this is? Or any idea how to get a seat in Business?:mad:
