Stolen cargo!!!

I'm moving from Bulgaria to Colombia, and sent all my stuff with AirFrance Cargo. When It arrived I found out that more than 60KG of my luggage was STOLEN!!!:mad::mad: I'm totally chocked. Customer service from AirFrance is terrible. Didn't received any help or solutions at all. When I call, they are passing the call from one to another and trying to get away with this, not helping at all. No information is given, and I have no idea what to do. Its unbelievable how "serious" companies like AirFrance allows gaps like this in their security system. I payed more than 1000USD to send my things in a safe way and finally I got nothing!!! Even my boxers were stolen!!!!! This is totally SHAME for AirFrance!!!!!

were they stolen out of the box/suitcase? or did the whole container not arrive?

i find it crazy how anyone would steal used? boxers, so i kinda have the impression that part of your cargo wasnt sent and hopefully it well be sent on the next flight

The thing is that I sent 4 boxes and a huge bag. Someone has open the bag and taken out what they like(50kg) and closed it again!!! Btw, the boxers were brand new :o I don't know what kind of ppl airfrance are hiring, but obviously they are criminals.

I forgot to mention the things taken from my bag that will leave you in shock.
Not only the boxers, small bags of honey, a pan, my used jeans, used sneakers, small bottles of syrup, my used hoodies, a receiver, a portafilter, a gas stove which I use for my work (barista), my trophies (what for?), jacket, new sheets, used sweater, used shirts, a lot of Nestle products like cocoa, different powder mixtures, a blackberry cable, presents for friends, etc. The BIG question is HOW can they steal these things and nobody saw anything?
Besides the lady who was in charge of weighting the cargo didn't call me to weight in in front of me, she simply wrote the original weight (how convenient) and wrote the number of pieces which were complete. How can she state that the final weight was the same from ORIGIN? Obviously shes not doing her job well OR she's making part of this group of bandits working for AirFrance Cargo!

Check the local flea markets because after my dog's fleece jacket(with his name stitched on the back) disappeared from my check in luggage someone told me to go to the Cowtown Flea Market in NJ to buy it back cheap.

I can't actually imagine a robber who would carry away a 60 kg luggage without being noticed... It's really depressing and it definitely can ruin any trip.
Sorry to hear about that... I hope the robber with your cargo will be found soon!
