Avianca Stole my miles
 

Avianca, Colombian airline, not only does not apply your miles you deserve, but wth other allied airlines as Iberia or Delta they do not give you the miles you fly.
All my family have a lifemiles card (before it was called: Aviancaplus) and never gave us our miles from Delta or Iberia.
And not only that.
If you buy a ticket from Bogota Colombia to FLL, Usa, they only give you half the miles you deserve, theyt argue it is because the price of the ticket.
(If I fly 1,450 miles with any ticket price it shoulkd be: 1,450 miles, not half that amount).
So, dont advertise miles, and dont advertise airline friends as Delta or Iberia if they and Avianca wont commit with the passenger, who is the one paying a lot of money for a ticket, and not getting what they promise.
