Stolen items from luggage
 

It is nearly 5 months since I flew with Continental from USA to London. I arrived but my suitcase did not (they sent it to New York) My case arrived 2 days later and had been totally rifled and numerous items stolen. I immediately reported the theft. 5 months on and they are still investigating! They are not even acknowledging my complaint now. It is not the theft that angers me, but the shoddy service after the event to resolve it. I will never fly with them again and shall spread the word as to how ignorant they are. No wonder Virgin Airlines broke away from them!
