I laughed when I saw someone said they contacted Etihad by email. Do they really answer?Do they care?
I bought my tickets online through their frequent flyer page, been about 4 months and miles not appearing in my statement, sent lot of emails but no answer. |

Be prepared to wait - took me about 6 months and what felt like 100 emails to get a response - in anser to your questions:
Do they answer ? Eventually Do they care? Absolutely not - how could they when treating a customer like that - oh and then they did it again to me - Deja Vu !!! Look for other options sooms to be the only way. Damn never had any issues with Eva Air/Aer lingus/Quatar/Airfrance/Emirates/KLM. In fairness Cassi seems to do great work in resolving loads of these issues in here so maybe this board is a miracle find for me - I'm keeping everything crossed !!! |
