Philippines Airline (PAL)
Have been emailing customer service for a refund due to computer error for almost two months now with no results, recently have filed a complaint with credit card company to dispute the charge. PAL admits error but have taken no action to refund funds. Recently learn that PAL is in financial trouble and processing refunds is not even on their radar. They have asked for patience in processing the claim but two months is a bit much. Would suggest to people to a file a dispute immediately and continue to write emails to PAL so they can send you a can reply, with no action taking place.
