I have flown American Airlines at least 3 times in the last 8 months with connecting flights on each of my travels. The airline is the most inconsistent, disorganized, flight-delaying, luggage-not-being-on-the-flight airline I have ever flown with.
I know that flights will be delayed and flights will be canceled, but when the rate of cancellations happens 85 to 90 percent of the time and it is NOT due to weather, then it is time to reevaluate the service
. As far as I am concerned, this Airline is the worse of any of the airlines and did not deserve any government assistance to stay afloat. If there are this many problems due to "maintenance issues", then it is only a matter of time before there is a tragedy.
