new idea
i know that this is a complaint site, but i thought something maybe handy for people who are in need of customer service due to a complaint or other situation
i keep hearing about how alot of people are complaining about United's customer service and cant get hold of someone or they are on hold....so on
so for a few more $ try calling the United office here in Singapore, the customer service agents are much more helpful, your not put on hold, and they seem to be able to get alot more things done and you dont have to wait 2hours to speak to someone, it is more efficient over here and the people are more caring, understanding and it has a better setting for everyone
just an idea but i dont know if it will work but its worth a try
......i have never used it as i dont fly United, i fly Singapore Airlines but the service here in singapore is always great
