i didnt mean booking a flight, i meant if there were any issues, and the whole lifestyle over here is much more relaxed, helpful, and they try to make sure everyone is satisfied, its a very very different atmosphere than over in the US and it is much much more professional and customer pleasing over here at the same time
i am sure that they would be very nice, polite and do their best to sort out what needs to be done to the best of their ability, and i doubt there would be a hard time, the culture over here is to help others, and to be polite and work with people one to one.....whereas it seems in the US it is like a fast food line get one customer in and out in 10 secs once you get a hold of someone, get in get out mentality
