If Sri Lankan are acting as agents for Singapore Airlines Colombo, then I still think the complaint is with Singapore Airlines. All the consequent losses are as a result of SA's failure to allow him to board, even though he had provided appropriate proof at the Tel Aviv office. I think his remedy will have to be in court.
