Why is a thread, in excess of two months old, being "resurrected?"

Have any new government regulations, concerning frequent flyer programs, come-out within the past two months? Has there been any news items, within the past two months, relevant to the OP?

Or is this just an issue the Delta Media Relations Dept. has concerns about?
