I go through some of these posts and notice the complaints and the comments/suggestions left by people on this board. here is my question. why are most of the airline or former airline employees banned from this page? i notice there was one and this person never said anything rude to anybody but just stated his/her opinion. is this because they never found the customer to be in the wrong even though he/or she was in the wrong?? and why other people (i have read through threads) keep pounding others on this board being rude to them and using bad language but they are still here...(these people are not airline people) do all airline employees get banned from this site??? im not an airline employee nor do i care to be one....getting yelled at by people is not my cup of tea.
