Default can't agree more

I can't agree more. I had two flights on AirTran this past weekend, Feb 22 & 24th. Both days flights departed before they were posted and I was at the gate prior to departure as the doors were already closed and they had given up my seats to others they 'oversold' the flight to. customer service was insulting and completely unhelpful. Feel free to email me your information as I am gathering info for a class action suit. They are required to offer 2X your flights value in vouchers and up and down the terminal they gave nothing to customers on Sunday with perfect weather. I have NEVER witnessed such poor customer service.
