I dont understand , At one point you are saying that the Etihad awards are based on their service and not their Seat comfort.What is SERVICE .When I travel Business or First Class , there are three things I look at First Seat Comfort , Second Prioirty and third is Food.These three constitute the service you are talking about.If they fail on Seat comfort and then food and then on priority then where is the service we are talking about.Kindly change your stand as they failed on all three counts . I am not a cry baby cribing about one airlines service but when on a given trip any Airline fails on all these factors then it needs to taken care off.
