135,000 AAdvantage mileage penalty has been accessed
AA closed my miles account because of a transaction back in January when I gave a business friend 135k miles as a gift claiming it was a sale violation. That was also the one and only time I ever issued a ticket for somebody else.
After many emails, interrogation questions, and written questions answered AA put a 135k penalty on my account. They claim a violation of the rules as a reason.
When asking for a detailed explanation of the reasoning all I get from AA is a link to their rules which I did not violate.
I am very interested joining a class action law suite against AA.
We need to get as many people as possible and find an attorney.
