We booked two tickets from Nagpur to New Delhi on 16-02-08 through Holiday king
Dehradoon by Yatra. We already mentioned in the reservation form that we need a
Strature as I was carrying a burn case child. After that we talked through toll free
Number that we need a strature . They issued PNR tickets PNR RG3GZ.
After that we talked to the concerned person that we need a front seat for comfort
Ability they agreed . At last moment they refuse us to sit in the plain .
Even they haven’t refund the money just because of that I lost two arms and
One leg of my patient as I reached delhi 32 hours late . Already my expenses
In hospital are 3 lacs . I am sending all the reports and documents of my patient
Through mail and want a compensation of rupees 20 lacs
As the whole life of my patient is spoiled .
Rest my advocate is going to deal.
