Sinbad, I see the account you created was done so on Oct 17, 2009. Unless you have read previous posts where posters have been banned for much less than what you've done, please don't call it whining to the mod. The mod, in fact, has encouraged the members to bring attention to posts just like yours. I have done so with you in private with the admin and also in public in this thread. I see another member has also contacted a mod about your behavior.
Clearly, with the lack of action by the mod, it is not a level playing field. It would seem (but I could be wrong) that non-airline employees and non-airline sympathyzers have freedom of speech. I sincerely hope that we can be enlightened if the rules have been relaxed on personal attacks.
