mmmmm,

well, as you know, I would ordinarily side with the passenger..but this complaint has a tone which suggests that all may not be what it seems....

Quote:
I will deal with you in a few minutes." I do not like to be pushed or threatened
That doesn't really sound like a "threat"...what is the threat in this case? If that is how you interpret threat, then I wonder how you interpret "pushed". This sounds like a small airplane with fairly cramped space. I wonder if you have some perspective issues.

Quote:
The airline never investigated this serious incident
Quote:
I got a canned response saying that none of it happened and I was a liar
Do you really think this is a serious incident? Did they never investigate or is the problem that their findings were not to your liking? It is quite a strong response to state that you are lying, which suggests that some form of investigation has taken place.

Ok, so it sounds as if you were seated next to an infant, seated on the lap of the parent. The FAA requires children over the age of 2 to be seated in their own seat, which means the child who was "too large" was below this age. Whilst I agree with you that all infants should have their own seat, in an approved child seat, unfortunately the FAA has decided against this stipulation. If there was no other seat available for you to move to; then your complaint in this matter is with the parent of the child. It is their responsibility to control the child and ensure that the child does not cause you discomfort.
