jimworks you heard about the bestbuy exec? from what i can tell he is a pretty classy laid back guy, im tired of all these up tight execs that dont know what slacks are, they even shower with their $100,000 suits on!
i dont think its just an America thing either haha, they tend to mess up when it comes to jr and all that stuff no matter what company, and most companies dont give a hoot if you have it there or not, most the time its personal choice and ease of knowing who's mail it is
why united has difficulty is wierd, i know in many sites with personal info there is a box that you click on and scroll down to jr. i guess united is still tryin to fix things up
my neighbor got a free roundtrip ticket from United for no apparent reason, so he used it to go to Tokyo i believe, later it was found out that it was sent to the wrong address in the same town with the same name (common name) but how he was able to use it still baffled both of us, it was a good laugh
