I don't believe the TSA is interested in the JR. part at the end. What they mean by exactly as it appears on your ID is that Dave is not the same as David, etc. My understanding is that as long as first, middle and last names are as they appear on your ID, then you are fine. The other thing is it's not unusual for people to go by their middle name, and commonly use that. My father does this. He has a very odd first name, and a more common middle name, so even on legal documents he has used his middle name, but his driver's license shows his proper name, hence that is how he would have to travel.
If your millage plus account has your full name the same as on your ID, don't worry about the JR. part.
