How are they reneging on the contract. The will still get you to your destination and in some cases earlier than originally scheduled. You are simply given the option of an alternate flight without any fee to change or you can stick with the original flight you had. There's no broken contract here. You are sounding like a Barrister ew once know from Trinidad!
