However,I was misinformed by your employees that there were no seats available because I was able to reserve seats for my children and I to Cameroon on December 23, 2009.
This is my plea to you. That my children and my self be allowed to use the tickets (1473925578827, 1473925578828 and 1473925578829) for reservations made for December 23, 2009.
I know your company prides itself with fairness and good customer service. I also hope you will be able to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Airline availability is completely dynamic. What would be the point of deliberately lying to you about available seats? You were re-accomodated (I'm assunimg without additional fare or fees since it was not mentioned) on what was
at the time the first available date for all three of you to travel. Sometime in the interim someone must have cancelled their reservation(s) freeing up the seats you were able to see available on the internet. Instead of writing you should have been on the phone immediately to try to secure those seats on the 23rd. Again, availability is dynamic and by the time customer service at Royal Air Maroc reads your correspondence those seats on the 23rd will probably be gone.
It's unfortunate you missed your flight and that you may, as a result, miss your parents' anniversary celebration however stay on top of checking for available seats and call immediately if you see any available. Also I would suggest that you attempt to go to the airport on Tuesday and/or Wednesday (the least busiest days of the week) prepared to fly and see if they will put you on a stand-by list. Hopefully you'll find someone who is sympathetic to your situation and also there are no-shows which will free up some seats.
Good luck to you and your family.
