I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to show by posting these e-mails. Can you be more specific about what your complaint is?

According to Spirit's website:

The Spirit Airlines MasterCard® is issued by Barclays Bank Delaware.
If you applied for and no longer want the MasterCard you should be corresponding with Barclays Bank and not Spirit.
