'And, at the top of the third quarter, the score is???'

what's the score now?
First, one is assuming PHX's banning sticks. I don't know if the Administrator is Catholic (and I'm not asking,) but it seems, with the proper "contrition," bans can be lifted. As to my feelings on the lifting of such a ban: I'll adopt the John Gotti posture---and "take the 5th."
Whether the consumer now has a greater voice (assuming said ban sticks) obviously depends on how many airline employees have, recently, been allowed to join, and how many of the latter are regular posters.
I would need to go-though the membership list, again, to get an accurate figure but if The Judge has come-over to the consumer side, and PHX's ban sticks, the consumers may have made a small gain, but the airline side still rules.
As I've indicated previously, prior to today, this board was 2 to 1, or 66%, favoring the airlines among regular posters and, also, all members.
With regard to PHX's concern about disclosure of his IP address: Unless someone has a subpoena in-hand, what value is there to an IP address???
