I agree with you and I have wasted enough time with them.
I am not taking this any further, I just want to share the experience I had with Etihad and inform future travellers of the type of service (should I say lack of) they provided.
Maybe with this type of website, the authorities will realise the urgent need of a Travel Ombudsman.
