It never ceases to amaze me that people have not learnt this lesson by now. Ryanair are the least customer friendly airline in the world. They scam, lie and cheat as part of their business plan. They are terrible. However, I will correct you on one factual error. Ryanair are not a UK airline..they are Irish!
