The beginning of the trip was also lousy.The flight was for 14th early morning but after lots of excuses and more excuses, it finally left on 16th and my vacation was cut by 2 days. They really ruined my whole vacation.And the icing on the cake was their check in staff at Sydney airport.Just took away my things......!
