They certainly do.. whilst the bankruptcy laws exist to try to assist companies to emerge successfully and protect jobs, the airlines use them regularly walk away from their commitments whilst protecting their huge fortress hubs which are in effect regional monopolies. They are the modern day robber barons and it is well past time for change.
