I'm not sure if your welcome was directed to me. If so thank you very much, but I can't imagine why you are calling me those names, as this is my first time on this site. I came on because someone told me of the derogatory post about Australians in another thread.

If your post is not about foreign currency conversions, then what you are effectively doing is hijacking the OP's complaint to go into another issue without expressing any opinion that could be helpful to the complaint.

I suspect that what may have happened is it was initially someone's error to use the same figure for charging in dollars, and it is taking some time for the airline to get around to post the refund. I can't believe that Delta would deliberately do what it is being accused of here. I would suggest to the OP to wait a few more weeks.
