Unprofessional Customer Service Managers who are very rude and have no brains
Happened on 3/12/2010
Flight from PHL to EWR and EWR to Detroit
Return Schedule Detroit to PHL
Because of weather condition flight was cancelled. But I never got a call from Continental that flight was cancelled, When I called they did not have my reservation from PHL to EWR and before 2 hours of flight time I was put on hold for literally 1 hour 15 min.
CSR was very very rude and they were like ok take the train to Newark, we cannot help you!!!!!
I said well I can drive to Newark if you can get me flight back to Newark the next day and they say no we cannot do that.
I said then if I have to make my own plan for getting out to Newark to pick up my car then provide me a way to get here and they were like no we cannot do anything about it.
This is totally ridiculuous and disgusting. I do have managers name - it was Dony. And I am going to file this to consumerreports as well.
